Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorations, extractions, and orthodontic work
- Take accurate dental X-rays and ensure proper infection control protocols
- Manage patient flow and maintain sterile treatment rooms
- Prepare materials and equipment for dental procedures
- Provide chairside assistance and patient education
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of dental supplies
- Maintain precise digital and paper documentation
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or Radiology license (AZ)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and infection control mastery
- Valid Arizona driver's license
