Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA protocols
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument transfer and suction management
- Take digital dental impressions and expose diagnostic radiographs
- Manage patient flow and maintain accurate clinical records
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide monitoring (certified)
- Coordinate patient education and post-op care instructions
Qualifications
- Current RDA license in California (or eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft practice management software
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
