Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments while maintaining OSHA compliance protocols
- Take accurate dental radiographs and perform digital imaging
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Implement infection control procedures and sterilization processes
- Update patient records using our advanced dental management software
- Provide chairside assistance and patient education
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or RDA license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Exceptional communication and patient service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
