Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist dentists during procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Sterilize instruments and equipment following OSHA protocols
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies
- Perform basic lab work and assist with crown/bridge procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and digital documentation
- Deliver exceptional patient education and comfort
Qualifications
- CDA certification or RDA license (Washington State)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Expertise in dental radiography and infection control
- Strong knowledge of dental software (Eaglesoft/Dentrix preferred)
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
