Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Take dental X-rays and impressions accurately
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Manage patient charts and digital records
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate with lab technicians for prosthetics
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- Texas Radiology License (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- CPR certification required
