Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Manage patient flow and coordinate chairside operations efficiently
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for optimal productivity
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
- Manage inventory ordering and supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft practice management software
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of dental radiography techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient comfort
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuing education
