Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (Epic systems)
- Lead patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor new nurses and clinical students
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (or compact license)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, ACNPC) preferred
