Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care assessment, planning, and intervention in alignment with clinical protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and care continuity
- Utilize advanced EHR systems to maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, self-care, and discharge planning

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN preferred; Associate's degree with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and clinical documentation
- Demonstrated critical thinking in high-pressure environments
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse populations
