Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced cardiac telemetry unit
- Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythm data with rapid response protocols
- Educate patients and families on post-procedure care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active WA RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with cardiac monitoring systems (e.g., Philips IntelliVue)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities in high-stress situations
