Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility)
- Monitor health status and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Administer medications as per care plan
- Maintain detailed care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience or certification
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Background check clearance required
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility with morning/afternoon/evening shifts
