Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Support clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record

- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
