Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Administer prescribed medications (with training)
- Monitor client health status and report changes
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiver or CNA experience preferred
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility with scheduling (including weekends)
- Background check clearance
