Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs and medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals and special diets
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes)
- Transport clients to appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Document care progress accurately
- Communicate health changes to care team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Valid Virginia driver's license & insured vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability (weekends/evenings)
