Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, endodontic, and surgical treatments
- Manage patient records, digital imaging systems, and sterilization protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for optimal efficiency
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Coordinate front desk duties including scheduling, billing, and insurance verification
Qualifications
- Current RDA certification or X-ray license in California
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Mastery of digital radiography (Dexis/Sirona) and Eaglesoft software
- CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Proven ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
