Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Maintain detailed care documentation
- Follow customized care plans for each client
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with scheduling and reliable transportation
