Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and report client health changes to care coordinators
- Transport clients to appointments and errands using personal vehicle
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping duties
- Maintain accurate care documentation and schedules
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility with scheduling (weekends/evenings required)
