Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
