Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative treatments and extractions
- Take and develop accurate dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage patient flow and ensure optimal clinic sterilization protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials efficiently
- Delight patients with exceptional chairside support and education
- Maintain digital patient records using Dentrix/Eaglesoft software
- Coordinate inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Dental Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Proficiency in digital radiography and infection control
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and OSHA standards
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient comfort
