Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Manage inventory and perform quality control checks
- Assist with compounding and sterile preparations as needed
- Train on new pharmacy technologies and protocols
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license
- Prior pharmacy experience (1+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexibility with scheduling (evenings/weekends required)
