Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood collections and specimen processing following strict protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and explain procedures with empathy
- Maintain sterile environments and equipment calibration
- Document patient data and lab results in EHR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and lab teams for seamless care
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications
- Current Nevada Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Strong venipuncture and capillary puncture skills
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently in flexible shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
