Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive telephone triage for patient inquiries and urgent care needs
- Assess symptoms, prioritize cases, and determine appropriate care pathways
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient flow
- Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems
- Provide education on home care instructions and health resources
- Manage urgent care referrals and emergency protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (AZBN)
- Minimum 3 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficient in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- BSN degree preferred
