Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support including vital signs, injections, and EKG procedures
- Assist with telehealth patient consultations and remote documentation
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and administrative tasks remotely
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile clinical environments
- Collaborate with providers to optimize patient care plans
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- 1+ years of clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- Strong telehealth platform experience (Zoom Health, Doxy.me)
- CA state medical assistant license
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
