Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med-Surg, ICU, or Telemetry preferred).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
