Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and maintain patient hygiene standards
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to implement care plans
- Administer medications under supervision as per facility protocols
- Maintain clean, safe environments and infection control practices
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background and negative drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
