Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in assigned Atlanta facilities during night shifts (7PM-7AM)
- Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote patient monitoring and care coordination
- Accurately document patient records using our EMR system during remote/on-site shifts
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Proficiency with telehealth technologies and EMR systems
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts and collaboratively in teams
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (3-4 days/week)
- Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Passing background check and drug screening
