Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with electronic health records
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient repositioning
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) in a home-like setting
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Report changes in patient condition promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No CNA experience necessary - we provide paid training!
- Current Nebraska CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Nebraska driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
