Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient health status, identifying changes, and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities, observations, and reactions accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates may be considered).
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
- Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
