Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Support families with clear communication about patient care
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, nights, or weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid CPR certification
- Background check and TB clearance
