Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care notes with precision
- Support patients with nutrition, medication reminders, and therapeutic exercises
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and assist with infection control protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and address comfort needs
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse patients
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and care documentation
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
