Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to clinical staff
- Assist with medication administration under proper supervision
- Document care activities accurately and maintain patient records
- Support emotional well-being through companionship and active listening
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in healthcare setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for home care assignments)
