Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patient bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Administer medications under supervision as per protocol
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic records
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification and state license
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
