Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with clinical competence
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health systems
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- New graduates and recent nursing program graduates encouraged to apply
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
