Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, injections, and wound care
- Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient records using EMR systems with precision
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical instruments
- Administer medications as per physician protocols
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Coordinate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Active MA certification or CMA/RMA credentials
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic, NextGen, etc.)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
