Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed providers.
- Assist in wound care, patient hygiene, and mobility support.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license issued by the New York State Department of Education.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (may be required during employment).
