Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and ensure proper hydration while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Administer medication reminders and monitor vital signs with accurate documentation
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities using agency vehicles
- Engage clients in meaningful companionship through conversation, hobbies, and outings

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional patience, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Proficiency in care documentation using digital systems
