Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities using personal vehicle
- Engage clients in meaningful companionship activities and light housekeeping duties
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate effectively with family members and care coordinators
- Follow established care plans and emergency protocols rigorously

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly
- Physical ability to assist with transfers and provide hands-on care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
