Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including sterilization, instrument preparation, and patient positioning
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized and operational
- Provide chairside support during examinations and restorative procedures
- Deliver post-operative instructions and maintain patient comfort
- Coordinate scheduling and inventory management for dental supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current CPR certification (will provide training if needed)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform precise manual tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and infection control compliance
- Willingness to complete our 4-week paid training program
- Basic computer proficiency for digital record-keeping
