Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and daily living assistance to clients
- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and physical stamina for caregiving duties
