Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client’s quality of life.
- Medication reminders and monitoring of client health status.
- Document daily care activities and any changes in client behavior in accordance with company policies.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus but not always required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification (will provide training).
