Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Manage digital patient records and treatment planning via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Coordinate patient scheduling and virtual consultations using our integrated practice management system
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clinical compliance protocols remotely
- Train patients on post-operative care through virtual follow-ups
- Collaborate with specialists on treatment plans via secure video conferencing
- Monitor inventory and order supplies for clinical operations
Qualifications
- Minnesota Dental Assistant License or DANB certification required
- 2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to manage remote workflows with minimal supervision
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with teledentology platforms preferred
- Strong organizational skills for hybrid clinical/administrative duties
