Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, bathing, and mobility
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate updates to families
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Tennessee state caregiver license or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening

- Reliable transportation and punctuality
