Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties as requested.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- Completion of Home Health Aide (HHA) training or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- Willingness to complete our paid training program.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and current auto insurance.
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or obtainable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
