Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under nursing supervision
- Transport residents safely to medical appointments and social activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop personalized care plans
- Maintain clean and organized resident living spaces
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
