Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Coordinate with front desk staff on patient flow
- Assist in digital charting using Dentrix/Eaglesoft software
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification in Nevada
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Proficiency in dental radiography techniques
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Dentrix/Eaglesoft software experience preferred
