Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding while respecting dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and document changes in client condition accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plan protocols
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing
Qualifications
- Florida HHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
