Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute and ambulatory settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and interventions in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to interventions
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Electronic Health Records proficiency
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
