Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and treatment responses
- Administer medications and therapeutic treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Valid New York State RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS/ACLS certification (must be current)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
