Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings across Honolulu's top hospitals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and hospital protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Provide mentorship to local staff and adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (multi-state preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS/NRP a plus
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in rotating schedules
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments
