Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation per Joint Commission standards
- Adapt quickly to new protocols and electronic health record systems
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specialty roles)
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
