Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and market research
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Create predictive models for market shifts and regulatory impacts on future business models
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
- Drive implementation of ESG-aligned sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy/innovation roles with proven impact on future-facing projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, IoT) and their industry applications
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience in presenting complex scenarios
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary teams
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-oriented initiatives
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting emerging tech
